Lunges with shoulder press from a high hang position is a great way to work your glutes, hamstrings and quads while you work your triceps, deltoids and core.
Glide your front foot forward until your heel touches. Concentrate most of your body weight on your heel and back 2/3 of your foot.
Drop your torso and back knee straight down towards the floor.
Lunge your back let up to the middle balanced position and while you balance, perform a shoulder press.
Keep your core tight and the dumbbells close to your body (high hang position).
